I Floc U Knot

Wow! Another new year is almost upon us again. Seems like just yesterday ... almost! Time goes by so fast and when you reach a certain age .... POOF! No wonder I can't remember the ages of the G-kids. They all grow up so fast! Yeah! they grow up and we grow old! Yuck!
There is a lot of things I wish to do this year, some will happen others will remain a wish. Like I would like to go back to Puerto Rico again, and Oregon. I love Oregon. I would like to live there again. I would like to finish the landscaping in the front yard, finish putting the gravel down and have new flooring in the house, my dog doesn't seem to be able to tell the difference between carpet and grass and I hate to have my carpets cleaned 4 times a year. The list goes on. My poor Hubby! He cringes when I begin to "think" of something that I want to do, I think needs to be done. I would also like to finish up all of my UFOs. What is a UFO? It is an "Un-finished prOjects". I have a few of them that needs to be dealt with. I started to knit a Clapotis (pronounced "clap o tee"), a few years ago and it still isn't finished but it will soon, I have 365 days to finish it, this year for sure. I started a stole type shawl several years ago too that isn't finished. It is crocheted. I had lost interest in it and it needs to be frogged. I didn't even remember starting some things that I have found, that's how bad it is.
So if I make a New Years Resolution this year It would be to finish old projects and learn to learn new, like knit socks, make a sweater and knit lace.
