I will finish them in time. I just have to get them both to the same place and mayb work both sides at the same time. I am finding that I am a methodical (slow) knitter. I will go work on them in a bit. and try to finish them this month... No problem!Judithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11763923803304679857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4204196119820689192.post-62088157158015652082009-03-08T21:43:00.000-07:002009-03-08T21:43:00.000-07:00I don't really love making socks myself. I don't ...I don't really love making socks myself. I don't understand all the fascination, personally. I've made one pair and just can't seem to get going on another. I have the yarn, just not the desire. I'm like you. I need to concentrate, not be talking or interrupted. I would just finish the 2nd sock and move on. They will still keep your feet warm. ;-)KarenBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11354372312817808972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4204196119820689192.post-28967778370646043712009-03-08T16:58:00.000-07:002009-03-08T16:58:00.000-07:00Ok...I think I may have an idea...maybe, of what y...Ok...I think I may have an idea...maybe, of what you did. Since you're calling this your gusset and it's really your heal flap...maybe you skipped ahead in the pattern and picked up stitches...thinking it was your gusset...and somehow....someway...that's how it started??? It's still a mystery but that may be a clue.

Just let me know when you want to work on it again. I'd be happy to sit with you and get you through it, if you need any help. :-)Acorn to Oakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14334558675705027610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4204196119820689192.post-4340496175825717062009-03-08T14:12:00.000-07:002009-03-08T14:12:00.000-07:00I think it's a great first effort!
